So this is what blogging is. I'm not the best at one sided conversations so I'll do my best to make this easy on who ever reads this. Please forgive any grammatical errors, thank you. It's about 8:40pm, I'm listening to a song on replay (Planet Caravan by Black Sabbath), thinking about where I plan to be in 5 years. I'm excited to begin learning.
This will officially be my first semester in college. I was supposed to attend CSN over 10 years ago, but life had other plans. I sometimes worry about completing this time around, but I have new inspirations to draw from and keep me motivated. I don't want to say this is my year, in fear of jinxing it, but I think this time I got a real shot. Here's to high hopes and no slopes!

I know the feeling, I've been out of school for 3 years and it definitely feels different but in a good way. I hope that you keep a good spirit up and things always happen for a reason, at least now you are finally in college and working on you!

ReplyDeleteYou not alone on this journey Ivan. There many others who are entering college later in life or like myself are returning to college. That is ok, what matters is that we are here. The hardest part is done which is deciding to make that move and attend college. Best wishes and positive vibes for you.

It can be really exciting to start a new chapter in life and I really hope everything goes your way! It can be easy to become discouraged but stay strong and keep working hard.
ReplyDeleteI've never quite had a metal phase, But I've enjoyed artists like Avenged Sevenfold, Ozzy Osbourne, and even some Anthrax and Megadeth.
I really enjoy Black Sabbath too! My favorite song by them is "Paranoid," 10/10.

ReplyDeleteThat's my same thought. But when I finally posted my first blog, I was super excited to see my own post. I never even give blogging a second thought let alone posting a blog. I think the more we do it the better we get keep up the good work.
